'Back in Time' opens to the public

The San Thome Museum Back in Time at Varca was inaugurated by Fr Remedios Fernandes on January 19, 2014. This museum of antiques and technical evolution also launched its latest gadget 'Tab' or 'Note Book' to unveil the evolution of various items stored in it from the 18th century onwards. Among the many items on display at the museum are vintage typewriters, gramophones, the one-of-a-kind grand piano Schiedmier, silent movie projector and others including other artifacts.

The museum, which is the brain child of Thomas Antonio da Costa, is now open to the public.
